“My initial consultation with Ellen confirmed what I had hoped: she listened to what I wanted, let me know if it was realistic, and how she planned to get my hair to that point. Then she took me there, and I am so happy with the results. Her salon is full of personality and welcoming, and she has lots of knowledge and experience. I liked that she told me what she was going to do before she did each step, or would give me options and let me decide along the way. She addressed all of my concerns: graying hair, change in texture, too much/too little growth, curl pattern, etc. I felt relief and joy finding someone with so much skill who also felt like a friend by the end of my appointment. The cut, style, and color are just what I wanted. She also helped me see different ways I can style it (straight vs curly), and we are focused from here on maintaining the style while also being aware of budget limitations. Ellen is professional and straightforward, with a fun and resourceful attitude. She will help you achieve the hair you’ve always wanted, and also do what she can to help you maintain it. She was so patient with me…she calmed my fears all the way through…I still can’t believe I did it …I recommend parking on north side of building as that is where it’s located, on the north end upstairs! “Absolutely love love love my lip filler! I was super nervous but Sara made me feel so comfortable and was so gentle. The environment of the office was very aesthetic and calming. I also didn’t even bruise! They also include the numbing cream and even have lidocaine in the filler so you don’t feel it as much! The pain was very minimal. I totally recommend timeless aesthetics for lip filler especially if it’s your first time.“

“I wish I was better at taking pictures that shows the full gorgeousness of her handwork. All the hair in this pictures where done by her. Plus I’ve had the hair in the pictures for about a month and they’re still pretty. I don’t go anywhere else because of how much I love her work. It’s also a plus when the braider is kind, respectful, and truly caring. It’s so hard to find braiders who actually care about their clients. I already miss her from MD. “Originally I posted a review that I was disappointed in their response time answering messages. This had nothing to do with their quality of work. Life happens and I apologize for a bad review based on what I felt was a slow response. What happens while you're in the chair is what is important. The few times I was there the haircut was excellent. Don't stay away because of response time, which was unfortunate but understandable. Go for their quality of work.“
