Four Points is a mental health practice operated entirely by therapists and uniquely invested in client well being. Offering EMDR and other therapy services for trauma/PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, parenting difficulties, and more. Our therapists have diverse specialties including working with adolescents and members of the LGBTQ+ community and are highly trained in assisting couples navigating conflicts, transitions and more.
