He is very friendly untill he has a "bad day."If he is having bad day expect unprofessional and rude behavior.Two stars because his receptionist and staff are very friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Ters for 3 years now and couldn't be happier! They treat you like royalty as soon as you walk in. The front desk is friendly, efficient and very accommodating when booking appointments. There is very little wait time because they schedule more than ample time for each patient. Dr. Ters himself is the best dentist I've ever had. He's very experienced, more knowledgeable than most dentists (he also has a medical doctors degree so has extensive training in health care beyond just his dental degree). What I like most about him is that he is pretty painless. When he gives an injection of novacaine he uses a topical numbing agent first and then very gently finesses the needle in so that you barely feel any pressure. You're perfectly comfortable thru any procedure and then the good doctor only gives enough anesthesia so that by the time you leave the appointment the novacaine is already wearing off. I have had several crowns done and his crowns all fit like a glove with very little adjustments needed! My entire family including my aged parents go to Ters Dentistry!! We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

He is a great dentist, with great staff. After having a few bad encounters with some other dentists I am very happy to have landed here. I highly recommend Dr. Ters and his office.
