We switched to this practice after another dermatology practice kept scheduling us with medical assistants instead of the doctor. Here you see the doctor every time, and she is clearly knowledgeable and competent. Yes, she speaks quickly and is efficient, but if you ask her to explain she always does. She has extensive experience- when I come in to ask about a spot she assures me it will disappear in a few weeks and she is right, rather than the previous practice where the med tech would freeze the spot and bill me. I’ve taken both my kids here and she is very patient with them. She is understanding of their fear and gets it done quickly!
