Majority of their products are fantastic! Really hard to buy from a retail store and very slow to receive if ordered directly from them. This is the main reason why I switched to another brand that was easy to purchase. It is really a tragedy that such a great product line has such terrible distribution and availability. The customer service is clueless, can’t answer a basic question without sending a defensive 4 paragraph email thanking you for your patience. Do they not understand that by the time you’ve contacted them your patience has already evaporated because the website failed?
I am an esthetician and have used this product faithfully since 2017. I can’t say enough about the quality and results I have experienced plus people I have used it on loving the clean dewy skin afterwards. On a client who had rosacea, she called the owner of the spa and told her it was the best treatment she had ever received and wanted me to write down everything I used for her next visit. Another client messaged me after sending her the topical c cream and products for her dry skin saying she had spent so much money on products that didn’t help but this in three days was drastically a game changer for her dry skin.
