I wanted to share how amazing this store is. I currently work and live in Ohio, and I stop by this florist on Mother's Day to surprise my mother. This was my third florist stop, in the attempt to get flowers. This was the only store that was able to help me. The worker behind the desk said that there was not much left, but she would make something happen. The set of flowers that was given to me was amazing and clearly made with care. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Yesterday I ordered a flower arrangement to be sent to a friend in Louisville. I paid 165.00 and 15.00 for delivery. What was delivered was very Narrow glass vase with a handfull of flowers. I could have done better at Walmart! Very very sad. I cannot recommend river walk florist.i live out of state.

They completely took care of my complaint. Sent a new flower arrangement. I appreciate this kind jester. I can now recommend this florist. We had good communications, and I appreciate the kindness.

The online ordering process was so simple and quick. I sent her flowers for Mother's Day and we both absolutely loved the bouquet so much. That I just ordered more flowers for her birthday.
