I can't say enough about Dr. Carrie & Dr. Mike and the rest of the staff at Louisville Family Dental. Some might say they treat you like family but after working with them and their staff, they treat you better than that. Staff has always been great, super-accommodating and super-communicative. Quick to work with insurance and fix things with insurance when there are problems.
We've since moved out of state and haven't found anyone of the caliber of these folks.I wouldn't hesitate to take a trip back to Louisville just to visit the competent professionals here.
Louisville family dental is the best! I’ve been going there with my kids for over 20 years and it feels like I’m going to see my friends and family every time. Dr. Mike is the best! The staff is professional, kind, and caring. The care they give to their clients is wonderful and with such ease. Thank you guys for this! Even my kids look forward to going and getting their teeth cleaned! ? so grateful! Highly recommended!
Wonderful service. The receptionist, assistant, and dentist were all so kind and understanding. They were always making sure I wasn't in pain. No judgement or shaming, and they even had my chair on a massage setting. Excellent service!!
