The Sauna treatments really have helped. My massage last longer and Rene Geerdes is able to get deeper into my muscles with less pain. Great service in Louisville, CO.

Rene is a wonderful massage therapist and beautiful person. I have never been so pampered. I have many stress points in my body from doing body work myself and having a puppy pulling on her leash. Rene knew how to work on these stress points and I felt much better immediately after my massage. Sometimes I am sore after a massage but not with her. She is constantly learning new things in her off time from the gurus in her field. She is impressive!
