Checked in online. Was warmly greeted by Shanna. Even though it’s been a while since I was in. They still had my preferences saved. Shanna was my stylist and she did a really great job! She’s now my go to!

Great Clips outlets are potluck and this one wasn't a winner for me. I always get the same haircut, a flat-top, and I always ask the cutter if she knows how to do one, because many don't. This experience was unusual because the cutter said she knew how to do a flat-top, and then proceeded to mess it up.
