I have been a physical therapist for 5.5 years and sustained a rib injury in December. After 1 month of self treatment I felt little relief so I reached out to Dr. Bivrell. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide a clear treatment plan for me along with precautions that I should take with my activities. After just 3 sessions most of my pain had subsided and I have been able to return to all of my activities such as snowboarding, running, lifting weights and playing golf.
