Late delivery, inexperienced drivers who are afraid of dogs, and wishy washy pick up. Could not go anywhere because message was not delivered to driver. Placed my return in a white bag with APRIA written across the bag, hung it on the tree of the driveway, and it was NOT picked up. 4 days later, will it be picked up?? Time will tell. No FedEx return ticket so completely reliant on customer service to get any information. A total cluster...
Wondering just how useful the whole process is.
I have had a very nice interaction with the Apria agent, confirming my equipment order. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. The equipment arrived quickly and well packaged.
I have one NEUTRAL comment: The agent had a heavy accent that was, sometimes, hard for me to understand. Otherwise, the phone meeting went very well.
