I took my 15 year old Pom In Wednesday. It was our first visit to this clinic . His name is Mickey for end of life concerns . I saw Dr. Winter Keith , I cannot sing her praises loudly enough. She walked me through every single treatment option, the pricing was transparent . But what really got me - her bedside manner . I’ve never been in a position that I was in . I ended up having to say goodbye to my BEST FRIEND of 15 years that day but she told me what to expect and comforted me through absolutely everything . She’s an absolute Angel. I could not be more thankful for her . Also , I need to say our tech Emily was wonderful , Mickey enjoyed cheese whiz and mini milk bones while we weighed our options and went through testing . I have 2 Beautiful girls left at home , they will be having new patient exams very soon : I’m sold on this place and this culture . Dr.Winter & Emily - thank you . You made the hardest stormiest day of my life easier than I could’ve imagined . God bless you both.
