Came in w/o appt. The manager, Richard, welcomed me and although I wasn’t a customer of the optical department, he willingly provided a new nose piece on my glasses and tightened them as well. Kudos to Richard and Target Optical. That is what I consider service!!! Thank you!

The manager Richard was great. I had a bad experience at the Parker location and needed an exchange in contacts and the gave me a hassle. Came over and they helped me out and got what i needed ordered with no hassle.
