Shamelessly I came across Simplicity via Groupon, I can't blame anyone but myself when I was offered to upgrade to 16 sessions and said yes lol. I didn't feel pressured to, financially it just made more sense when you compare it to a single session here and there. And I knew I needed the peace of mind of being committed to being almost hairless. Just had my first appointment and everything went so smoothly. Lauren was an amazing tech and explained everything from the procedure to the after-care and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

I’ve had a few different technicians at this location and by far, Lauren is the BEST! Lauren is the consummate professional! She not only did a thorough job of the lasered area, she was also very enthusiastic, genuine and caring.
I’d like to give a shout-out to Heather also. Heather truly cares about the customer experience and does everything she can to ensure each customer has a quality experience.
