“I went to a well known piercing shop to get a forward helix pierced. After having some issues with the piercing I went to Certified and was assisted by Eila. She was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was so knowledgable about piercings and explained to me why the “other shop’s” aftercare was out of date and was why I was having issues with my piercing (the piercing also wasn’t pierced straight and possible not the best part to pierce due to my anatomy). She really took the time and wanted me to understand and be comfortable with my piercing. She gave me several different options in regard to my piercing. She really cared about me, my piercing, and my overall satisfaction with the piercing. I will NEVER go to the other shop again and will never go anywhere other than Certified for any piercing needs. I am truly grateful and appreciative that Eila treated me as a person and not just an open wallet. My experience with Certified was amazing. The shop was clean and the staff were so friendly and personable.“
“i went in to get my septum pierced and being i already had it done i was a little nervous about getting it redone. I read some of Phantoms reviews and thought this place is perfect ! When i went in I was greeted so kindly and the girls were able to answer every single one of my questions from first to last. Michaela was so great with me, very patient and super understanding of my nerves as well as talked me through the entire process when it came to getting the piercing through.
