She recently removed my old extensions and guided me through the process of matching, purchasing and installing new extensions which turned out Beautiful!!!!! She is professional and punctual. I am so pleased with my haircut from Monica. I was able to schedule with her quickly and for an evening appointment that worked with my work schedule. She was ready as soon as I arrived. Her home is lovely and clean, her workspace also clean and very professional. Monica took the time to fully understand what I was looking for from my cut and took her time making sure I liked the cut after. She was gentle with my head throughout the process.
