This is a big THANK YOU to J. Sacks for helping me today! We had originally purchased our floor in August 2013 when we remodeled our home. Everybody at Lumber Liquidators Lone Tree, was very helpful then too, even when the store was busy. Eight days ago the pump on our dishwasher broke. Water spewed over an area of our beautiful, new, wood floor and became damaged. I didn’t know how we were going to match our floor. I called the store, spoke to Justin and explained our situation. He looked us up and found the information we need to match our floor! Even though it was discontinued, he had two boxes at his store and found two boxes for us at another store. Thank you Justin! You gave excellent customer service going above and beyond. We will be loyal customers!
