Carol is magical! I do not have a Gmail account and went through the hassle of signing in under someone else's account just to write this review. I have been going to Carol over 20 years. In that 20 years, Carol has transformed me into many different women all the while being true to myself...if that makes any sense. I have never had an issue with highlights or the cut. Carol can look at you and tell if a color or cut is right. You will not be disappointed. Carol is a rare gem! Susan K.
