Jon came to help us determine whether a mouse or a rat had made its way into our fan vent in the primary bathroom. He determined the fan was bad, but to rule out any rodent activity, he tracked down where the fan vent terminated and covered it—it was unprotected—with screen. What a masterful job!
Adam came out to re-spray outside for spiders that just won’t go away. He also took down existing webs and threw down some granules in the yard to help keep them away. Adam explained everything clearly and an all around nice dude!
