Jimi Knight was efficient and professional and did an absolutely thorough job. We had several issues with the kitchen sink and he addressed them and then some.
(Pricing: it’s reassuring to have ChatGPT to ask for industry standard pricing on different services, and the quote we got is reasonable. He gave the full quote and confirmed it with us, then had to pick up a specific replacement part. He came back, finished the job, and stuck with the quoted price. No surprises.)
I got three competitive bids to eval and fix my HVAC system. Veteran identified everything that the rest of them did and discussed a whole range of solutions, instead of the highest level upgrade that others recommended. What’s more, they source their heat and a/c appliances directly with the manufacturer, so they avoid middleman distributor pricing. Result? For the same high-end upgrade, same appliances, I’m paying $5 k less. And very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. Thank you Mitch!
