We had a furnace issue, and Summit sent out Ruben. He was extremely courteous and listened to us before making any conclusions. Using his training and diagnostic tools, Ruben determined the source of the error codes and repaired our furnace. He told us if we had similar problems in the near future to contact him directly. He gave us excellent service.
Great company, great employees. Bill was in contact with us frequently to keep us updated on everything to expect and to answer and address any questions or concerns we had. Carlos and Victor did a fantastic job installing our new AC. They were friendly and very respectful.
