Everyone is great at this office. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave it’s a great experience. All the staff is so friendly. My girl was stressed going into her checkup because she wasn’t wearing her bands like she was supposed to. There was no shaming or making her feel bad. She was educated on the importance of wearing them so she could take that on. Grateful we found this office.
We’ve had such a positive experience with Dr. Thomas Berchtold and the entire team at Summit Family Orthodontics. From the very first consultation, they made my son feel comfortable and explained the process clearly so we both knew what to expect. The staff is always welcoming and professional, and they do an excellent job of staying on schedule while still giving each patient plenty of attention.

My whole family has gone to this dentist for years. Love the doctors, hygienists and front desk staff. However today they are really going above and beyond. My little fell and broke her tooth (of course on a Friday night) and I had to call the emergency line. The dentist (Dr. Harvey I believe but I’m a panicked mom so don’t quote me) called me back quickly. He was so kind and not only assuaged my fears but assessed our issue thoroughly and quickly. We made a plan together and I know exactly what to do if things get better or worse. I cannot overstate how amazing this group is.
