I have been coming to these guys for years and two different houses. There is no one better at trouble shoot an existing HVAC system. If I ever get to set up a new HVAC system Sensible Heating is the first call I will make!
Very happy with our experience with Sensible Heating and Cooling! From start to finish they were so easy to work with, and we really felt like we were being taken care of by real people who care about their work, not just a business out to make money. We first interacted with them when we were investigating cooling options for our home, and they actually helped us find a different company that was a better fit for our needs and budget, which really impressed us. Adding my two cents after using Sensible Heating and Cooling for a new AC install. I was also curious about a "heat pump" and asked for quotes on this as well. My review: (1) The company responded to my request for a quote very quickly. (2) Ronnie came out the next day and reviewed my AC, providing helpful answers to all my questions about the existing unit. Ronnie provided information on a "Heat Pump" and knew exactly which rebates were available. (3) Ronnie is a really good guy and at no point did I feel pressured by him. A couple hours later, I received quotes for both a Heat Pump and an Air Conditioner. I went with the Air Conditioner. (4) The next day I was provided with an installation date. (5) On the day of installation, Frank and his team arrived right on time. As with Ronnie, Frank and his team are really good guys. (6) The install went smoothly, and all my questions were answered. (7) Frank made sure I was aware of everything they were doing and brought everything up to "code". (8) Frank went above and beyond and adjusted my furnace so I could use a larger air filter. (9) Frank provided an in-depth walk around of the install, explaining what they did and answering all my questions. (10) Frank and his team cleaned up everything and it looked like they had never been there, except for the awesome new AC unit they installed.
