This is a terrific business and I have been a customer for over 15 years. Antoine is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain every aspect of the transaction. He will never try to sell you something that you do not need or perform an unnecessary repair or service. His prices are reasonable and he insures that you are totally satisficed with the results. He will follow up with home visits if necessary to make sure that everything is working correctly and that you understand the technology. antone, i believe…. brought my PC in and he gave me a run down on what his intake is about my problem… i didn’t set up an appointment i walked in, but he was still very helpful.
My desktop computer was getting pretty old, and slow. Very slow. Barry from PC Brokers talked me through, via phone, several steps to clean everything up. Nothing worked. I took it in to Antione, and it was given a much upgraded hard drive, RAM, and video card. This computer has several legacy programs I need, and no longer have the means to reload. They cloned my old hard drive to the new one. What I got back was a very new, and very fast, old computer. Thank you Antoine, Barry, and the entire PC Brokers team.
