There are not enough words to tell you how great Dr. Kenney, Mary and their New Body Chiropractic and Wellness Center is! From the moment you walk in you will feel at home and welcomed. I came to see them to try Cryotherapy because I had to try another option for the pain I was in and they were up the street and had good reviews. Form the moment I spoke to Mary I felt at ease on the phone. I have been in customer service for 20 years and have never had anyone make me feel like she did. I then came in for the treatment and noticed they were a chiropractic office and asked her about that. In under 5 minutes she had checked my insurance and had a printout for me of my benefits and never pressured me to make an appointment. I came back in for another Cryotherapy appointment a few days later and still she didn't pressure me about scheduling anything else so that's when I set up an appointment for Chiropractic. By the way, Cryotherapy is probably not what you think it is and feels great and trust me, I HATE cold with a passion. I then came in and was amazed that Dr. Kenney was just as amazing and friendly as Mary. It is rare I feel at ease with doctors like I did with him. I have been to many chiropractors and I can tell you that he really knows what he is doing. He explains it all and doesn’t try to sell you anything or tell you you’re the worst case and you need something you don’t! After 3 weeks of dealing with massive pain and trying everything I could to fix my arm and neck I am finally getting better with seeing them. Matt is an amazing massage therapist there and as a woman, well for me, it is always a little unnerving to have a male massage therapist until I get to know them. However, he is very professional, gentlemanly and knowledgeable and really is a great massage therapist. He too had great customer service aspect about him and made me feel comfortable. He explains things and asks you how the pressure is, listens and works on other muscles that many therapists skip over. What you can expect when seeing them is 100% attention on you. Dr Kenney is always focused on you and listens to how you feel and what is needed. Mary emails and calls you back right away and is as patient and sweet as she is nice. She runs the practice along with the Dr like a well-oiled machine yet and makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is amazing there and I am always relaxed and enjoy seeing them. Many people think that chiropractic is useless but if you give it a try and get your body in line you will not be sorry. I am always pleased with the care I receive there! I would highly recommend them, and I have already sent my family to see them which is the highest compliment I can give if I trust them with my family! What are you waiting for? Call them!
