What a great experience! I called these guys today they came out really quick. The communication was amazing and around $300 air conditioner and less than an hour, they replaced capacitor. They checked all the other readings to make sure nothing else was wrong and didn’t try to sell us anything else that we didn’t They were nice and courteous as well. I will definitely use them again.
When a part on our old furnace got loose and sheared off, Mac called the manufacturer, who replied “we don’t make that part anymore, sell them a new furnace”. Mac is more helpful and innovative than that and fashioned a piece out of metal to cover the damaged area, buying us some time and saving us thousands!! When we do need a new furnace, there’s no one else I’d call. That’s the kind of service that earns lifetime business!
