Our vet on the western slope was not available on a Friday afternoon so I gave Littleton a call as my husband would be pulling some of our herd through Denver back to Austin for the winter. They were absolutely friendly, professional, and helpful with a weekend supply of SMZ for a laceration on our horse Martha Stewart. Thanks guys!
LEMC has been an integral part of my horses care. We have seen multiple vets at this practice and each one has provided thorough quality of care and a critical thinking mindset when it comes to horses and lameness. If anyone has ever struggled with a lame horse, you understand the important of critical thinking and problem solving when it comes to a thorough assessment. Each staff member at LEMC has this approach. I have two horses with preexisting conditions and not once have I left a lameness assessment feeling like the vets just defaulted to known, rather they genuinely looked for the root or true issue at hand.
