KC Glass has done several windows for me over the years. There have been some hiccups but in the end they get things done and make it right. Employees in the field and in the office are nice and efficient and transparent. Only 4 stars because it has taken several trips and appointments to get things finished correctly. Ian, the scheduler, is especially nice and professional.
The whole experience with this company was amazing and the customer service was over the top. I had a ceramic glass I needed replaced on my woodstove before this storm came in . I had called in the order this morning and it was ready in a couple hours . Perfect fit.! I will recommend this company to others within the Canyon .
