I went in not knowing what to expect. I just knew I wanted brows.
Janell made me feel at ease by explaining the process and each step she was going to take. She even kept in touch before and after the process to ensure her commitment to my happiness.
I entrusted her with her professionalism from shaping to coloring and I was not disappointed.
