About Harmonious Bodywork and Acupuncture , Stella Noel L.Ac., LMT
Harmonious Bodywork and Acupuncture is dedicated to providing compassionate care to its community. Classical Five-Element Acupuncture, a profound healing system rooted in ancient Chinese Medicine, aims to restore balance, rejuvenate energy, and unlock the body's inherent healing capabilities. The business offers acupuncture for general health, better sleep, state of mind, anxiety/depression, and symptoms like allergies, migraines, and seasonal illness. With a focus on whole body wellness, the expert practitioner provides thoughtful and caring treatment sessions, leaving patients relaxed and pain-free. Many clients have experienced noticeable improvements after treatments, especially for chronic neck pain and hand injuries. One patient shared that even after the first session, they could tell a difference, and acupuncture helped with their hand injury caused by a door. The caring and skilled practitioner takes time to understand each person's needs, whether they are unsure what might help or seeking relief from specific issues. The calm environment and personalized approach make Harmonious Bodywork and Acupuncture highly recommended for those seeking holistic healing and wellness.
Stella is seriously amazing!! From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable and cared for. She really took the time to listen to me, she explained everything clearly, and made sure I was feeling relaxed and comfortable as this was my first experience with acupuncture.
I wasn’t sure what to expect but the treatments have been incredible. I saw a difference right away AND with time I am noticing the benefits. I won’t get into specifics but my cycle has never been better, I have more energy, and there are also the emotional and spiritual aspects to acupuncture that surprised me. Every session I have been feeling more connected to myself.

I am so thrilled that my medical provider referred me to Stella! It had been 7 years since I’d had acupuncture (previous acupuncturist moved out-of-state, then the pandemic hit…and time went by). I’ve only had 3 sessions so far, but am already noticing an improvement in my energy, sleep, and overall well-being. Stella’s unique approach with 5 Element acupuncture is a gift that I didn’t realize I so desperately needed! Her kind, nonjudgmental, gentle and welcoming approach makes this treatment less anxiety-provoking than other acupuncture I’ve received, and her cozy space makes for a relaxing session. Overall, her work is like a warm-hug I didn’t realize… read full review

I found Stella out of sheer desperation while dealing with an injury… and wow, did I stumble upon a gem! From her beautiful office to her calming energy, every session has been an experience I genuinely look forward to each month. Stella is welcoming, understanding, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable.
We’ve explored several variations of her elemental acupuncture treatments, and each time it feels like she’s gone into my “motherboard” and rebalanced my entire system 😉. I leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and the effects truly last. She’s been wonderfully supportive of me at every stage of my healing journey, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
