Been calling all day to get an ETA for my household goods. After sitting on the phone for a fairly long time and then being directed to leave a voicemail I still have not heard back. I was in operations in the trucking business for over 30 years and our company would never have had this poor of a level of communication with our customers and still been in business.

TL;DR: Don't use them. The cost went up significantly and they did not take care of my things.I used Green Planet Movers for my recent move from Denver to Tulsa. It started off well enough; the Denver crew arrived on the first day of the window and they were communicative and polite. However, the rep I talked to when I booked my move had grossly underestimated my amount of space, despite having a comprehensive list of items to be moved (he said 515 and it ended up being 850 cubic feet).
