Love that you can check-in online and that they are taking the pandemic seriously by limiting the amount of people inside the building to only those actively getting service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to dozens of Great Clips locations and other businesses over the years and never had someone so knowledgeable (sad I don't remember her name). She gave me information regarding my hair type that has assisted me with scalp issues I've had for years. Obviously the lady who helped me is well educated and loves what she does. That is the exact reason I will return to this store and try to find the same lady to cut my hair next time. Very happy with...read full review
