    Just wanted to say I had a great experience here and will definitely keep coming back. I came here after a bad haircut at a different establishment and my stylist Sam was really great and knew what to do to get my hair back looking great, I was so happy. I definitely know just to go here from now on for my haircuts?

    This is based purely on customer service. I've been a long time customer of Floyd's but will not be returning to this location. I've had multiple "glitches in the system" happen to me where they've had to cancel my appointment. Came in on a Tuesday with no one working. They literally only had one hair stylist and the building was empty. The then booked me a few days out, only to call and tell me the person they booked me with was out of town. I also finally found a barber that I loved and he is no longer there! I asked him why he was leaving, and he said him and a majority of the stylists there have a huge problem with management. It's easy to tell this location full review

    The quality has gone downhill and the service is so expensive... way too expensive for a poor haircut. The lady who cut my hair was in a rush and didn't offer to hair dry my hair. I was told by the manager that now it is a separate charge because it is considered a style. I went home only to notice the pieces of hair that stick out. It was frustrating!
