Nick came, solved our slow drain problem almost immediately, and gave us really good advice about what to do in future. The price point was great, and I will use Drain Terrier again, as well as Nick!
I only Called Drain Terrier because of their reviews. Once I met Nick (for the appraisal), I immediately trusted him and felt comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and how to fix my 1964 basement floor drain. He met every commitment - time to complete, cost of the repair, minimal mess, cleaning up after, etc. I had a plumbing issue that couldn't wait... Not sure about you, but i am always cautious that Plumbers will take advantage of the emergency and overcharge. Not my experience with Drain terrier and Nick. He made a difficult situation easy. In less than 24 hrs - my issue has disappeared and the quality of work was superb.
Always appreciate their expertise and prompt help. Ben and Kris are both amazing at their craft and I always trust them to help me with all my plumbing issues and they treat my home like their own with careful skillful work. I highly recommend Drain Terrier, an awesome family owned business.
