My husband and I have been going to Doc Spitz for about 5 years now, and every time we feel better after we leave, mind body and soul! As athletes it’s really important to us to have a good body worker, and toby is the best! He has so many tools at his disposal! For example My husband get’s needled while I get electric current or massage (since I don’t like needles). And we both get all the chiropractors pressure relieving cracks and stretches!
