I was a client for over 20 years and they dropped me like that because they've decided they don't want to work evenings and take a 5 PM appointments anymore! Of course it was customers like us that put them in the position to be financially secure and this is the thanks we get! Not to mention they've now made a mess of my nails and they wouldn't take responsibility! They are too good for new clients and they're too good for their long-term loyal customers. They do a good job but don't trust them! This is typical Highlands Ranch attitude. Why I don't live in that city and why I will never do business again in that city!

I have been seeing Nancy and Tony since January og 2022. In that time, I have broken one nail, and it had most of my body weight behind it when it broke. Nancy is a very efficient perfectionist!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Services: Sculpted nails

Came here on a Friday evening at 5:30 PM, and was looking to get a manicure pedicure with shellac polish. There were two employees A male and female, the female was tending to a customer and the male was sitting outside on his phone. He came in and told me he would not have time today and that I could come back tomorrow for services. I asked if there was another appointment to which he replied “ no but that service takes a long time”...they close at 7pm? Take your money to a business somewhere else.
