Colorado Exteriors and their team of subcontractors exceeded our expectations!
The roof replacement with the vents and ventilation system looks great. The new swamp cooler, the windows, the electrical, the outside painting, the gutters, the sophet and facia really make the house look updated. The professionalism of attention to detail and the cleanliness was refreshing. The help with the adjuster and Insurance made this all financially possible. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent service ! Very professional and a joy to work with. Working with Frank was extremely easy. He was consistently making sure the process was running smoothly and on time. A+ service from all the subcontractors that were involved. From gutter Removal, roof removal to roof install, gutters install and window installation, and painting . I would highly recommend this company!

Frank and his team were amazing! They were repairing our entire roof, replacing shingles from nearly 30 years ago that had been piled on top of one another. So they had to remove everything and install gutters too. They did amazing work! Not only was the team here for 3 straight days working, but Frank oversaw everything. He even checked one of our older french drains because I had some concerns - went above and beyond! They cleaned up the yard beautifully and even talked to my neighbors about the work and cleaned their yards. Would use them time and time again, Frank is so lovely.
