The best. Bill Mark's does not subcontract and supervises his professional team. He then without charging us more, touched up areas that I hadn't notice needed a little work. Repaired wood trim damaged in the HR tornado, and didn't just slap some paint on it. Very affordable and I'm very happy. Regarding the review someone gave that he was unresponsive to phone calls, be patient and persistent, this is a small business with no receptionist. However, he responded to me easily. I disagree with giving low scores over unreturned phone calls, and "no," I'm not affiliated with this company. I just enjoy recommending companies that do good work for a good value.
