Richard is knowledgeable AND makes my workouts safe, enjoyable and the time goes quickly. If it were up to me, I would lose interest in a workout in about 5 minutes, but because he keeps me accountable and challenges me to stretch my limits, I'm not bored and I feel stronger.The added benefit, BeFit40 comes to my location, whether it be my clubhouse exercise room or my home or office.
