It was cool to have an old school experience. With that said the place was a rip off in order to use the vacuum. You have to download an app and put your entire life story for the information just to be able to scan a QR code to spend a dollar to use a vacuum for about 47 seconds then it shuts off. This is after the fact that you’ve already spent about $15 to use the car wash and all of the accessories, which three of them were out of order by the way.
I had problems trying to get my truck washed so I called and the representative name Leslie was amazing,. Leslie got me all fixed up and ready to go. Leslie tyvm and to Autowash this young lady was incredibly helpful and polite, she is truly an asset. Upper management should learn from her. Again tyvm Leslie
Great self-serve car wash but a few things need addressing. The vacuums need more than 150 seconds for a dollar; up the price to $2, whatever but now you have to go through a whole process to pay another dollar to get another 150 seconds. Also, the foaming brushes were changed a while ago to be limp at the end where the brush is, and now they are totally broken.
Finally, the chamois roller on the West end is broken. Please fix.
