Amy helped me buy my 2016 Jetta. She was so personable, kind, and patient as I originally forgot my check book and had to go back to grab it before purchasing that same day. EVEN BETTER: about a month after I bought the vehicle, I took it in to get a tire replaced at Midas and they told me that the vehicle had a wheel lock on it that they couldn’t find a key to. I reached back out to AutoTrek and they connected me with Amy, who personally walked me through solutions (turns out, Discount tire has a master key ?). Moral of the story: Amy was incredibly helpful even months after my purchase. A testament to AutoTrek’s high quality and intentional customer service.

I purchased a 2013 impala, Shawn was amazing. It was the easiest and fastest sale I have ever done. He was not pushy, like other sales people. He was very patient with me. I would refer everyone to Auto Trex when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Shawn, I love my car

Our family has purchased at least 8 or 9 vehicles from AutoTrek since 2017 and each transaction has been enjoyable regardless of which salesperson we have (and we have had at least 4). I want to give a huge shout out to the person I deal with the most and he simply goes above and beyond every single time regardless of my question or request. Steve Brozovich does so much more than his main job of helping customers with their financing.
