I experienced a water loss due to a malfunctioning washing machine around the first of the new year. Bobby and his mitigation crew came in that evening and set up dehumidifiers and blowers to dry the place out as much as possible. They did an amazing job of communicating, checking in, and providing advice based on their experiences.
Ultimately I had to have some restoration work done, and the project manager, Mike, was also a pleasure to work with. Bobby and Bailey did an amazing job, I have a tight garage with a nice car and they took extra care and precautions to work with me - and even waited for me to get home to move it so they didn’t risk damaging anything in the garage.
