Great customer service and care. Was nervous going in, as I always am, with and kind of dental work. Amber got me checked in quickly, 15 mins. Savanna took the time to talk me thru everything and was awesome. Dr Michalik was also great, very professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully I will not need to come back for a while but This will be my go-to place for any oral surgery moving forward. thx again
Surgery went well and that is the most important piece. The billing department was another story. I received zero notification of there being an outstanding balance, and then received a collections notice. When trying to contact the billing department I had to leave multiple messages before receiving a call back. Very disappointing to have been sent to collections with zero contact from this office.
