Took care of our flower arrangments for my grandmothers funeral. Seemed disorganized and slightly irritated that we wanted an ARTIFICIAL wreath to reuse. Their fake flowers were really disorganized and dusty and the sales clerk didn't give much help on designs. We also ordered 10 real carnations for the great grandkids to place on the casket....the flowers showed up slightly wilted and dried out, we were one flower short and 2 of the flower heads broke off the stem right away.
