KIP construction did a great job helping us complete some final finish elements including exterior painting and staining on our home. They were very timely in all communications, quoted very fair prices, and completed the work on the proposed schedule. We were really happy with the finish quality, and they were super helpful with other questions we had about local water quality. I'd look forward to working with KIP again in the future on big or small projects.

Max and Nobu worked on our bathroom/laundry renovation and also built us a big outdoor deck. I wanted to convert an existing bathroom into two bathrooms and a laundry closet which created a lot of space challenges for them, but they figured it out for me! It looks fantastic and is very functional. The communication throughout and quality of work was great. I didn't have to really be involved much at all, which is what I wanted and they even helped me pick out some of the tile when I was totally stressing about what to go with. I love the way it all turned out and would use them again for future work. I highly recommend Max and Nobu!

KIP Construction was an amazing team to help us turn an old room in our basement into a beautiful office and hot yoga studio. They came in mid-way through our demo, and were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Max and Nobu were so great to work with and gave great guidance and problem solving in the moment. Max coordinated the specialists to bring in to complete the room in the highest quality possible. It looks incredible, and we could not have gotten this result without them.
