Would also give 0 stars if I could. Trash from the roof and the roofers' lunches was always left in the yard. Residents are also picking up after their dogs' poop that they bring to the worksite and let bark all day. They also throw snow and ice chunks off the roof right onto residents' cars. They never work on a schedule and come random days. They also will quite literally block the entrance to units without warning so they can throw debris without looking, so when you enter or leave your house you are at risk. It has also taken them well over a month to still not even be close to finishing the roof. Stay away if you can.

Ruben took our old roof off and promised to be back "soon" with the new materials.....its been 2 months.

If I could give zero stars I would. Sloppy work! Put a ladder through my window screen, trash left all over the yard that no one is picking up (other than the residents), smoking while up on the ladder and roof and cigarette butts land wherever they fall, complete disregard for garden and trees. This is the most unprofessional, disorganized crew I have ever seen in my life!
