My rating is really 3-4 stars, but I gave the benefit of the doubt since I will give this practice another shot. I've been searching for a dentist for over a year & a half since mine of 40 years retired; change is not easy. Anyway, patients are asked to wait in the lobby of the building, rather than the lobby of the DDS office itself, I was told because of HIPAA, which didn't make sense since I could hear three other conversations going on during my cleaning. In general, it was rather noisy, but PTSD makes me more sensitive, so I will bring earbuds & my own calming sounds next time. Hygienist Jeanette was very professional; her decades of experience are apparent in her expertise. She was very attentive & compassionate. I didn't get a lot of time w/ Dr. Miller who told me I had 2 cavities while I was checking out at the reception desk. I knew about one that I've had for many years, but would have liked more conversation about the other one in the exam room & felt a little rushed. Next time, I'll ask more questions.

So glad my friends referred me to Pineland Dental. The whole staff is professional and personable. Jeannette is the best hygienist: thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a very pleasant experience, and that's saying alot considering I was visiting a dentist. I experienced no pain and no anxiety. Yes!My dental hygentist was very professional, knowledgeable and comforting. I like her tons!!
