Albert was incredibly helpful over the phone prior to our service call. Cristian was very personable and knowledgeable regarding the issue which needed repair, going above and beyond to get the waterline issue resolved.
It’s been years since we started working with Albert at Primary Heating and Cooling for all our AC and furnace needs. We can always rely on him to do quality work, he is available even on weekends when we need him, and his rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
I was told I needed the blower wheel on my furnace cleaned. The maintenance company that I hired to do the yearly maintenance on the furnace did not do that. So I called Primary Heating and Cooling because I used them earlier this year to install an air conditioner. And I like their work, their professionalism and their knowledge. I decided to call them to clean the blower wheel. They did a great job.
