“Our remodel contractor left us with some big problems. Cody came to the rescue on some of our key kitchen dilemmas. The first thing he did was survey each issue and provide suggestions about next steps. Every suggestion addressed expensive solutions and practical solutions - for which we were very grateful. The most complicated problem was that installing the fridge meant the lower cabinet and drawer to the right side could no longer be opened. The expensive solution involved removing the cabinet, stone countertop and the cooktop and reshaping them to allow room for the fridge. The solution he recommended was to pull out the little triangular cabinet to the left, cut down the stone top, rebuild the cabinet and trim the butcher block shelf above. Waaayy cheaper. His care and expertise meant that when he was done everything looked just right. Nothing left to patch or repaint or retile. His other repairs were just as sensible and effective. He saved us a bunch of money and headache. We’re looking forward to using him again. I mean let’s be real, no one wants things to need repair or remodeling but they always do eventually. And that goes so much better with someone like Cody on your side.“
