“Shane installed about 2000 sq/ft of Pergo flooring for me in mid-2018. It was my first time hiring him and he really impressed me. First off, his work ethic was outstanding. We were on a tight schedule to install the floors before we had to move in. Shane started and finished a day earlier than promised. He showed up on time everyday, he stuck to the agreed-upon price, he was careful in removing the baseboards so they could be reused, he did the stairs very nicely with white risers, he also did each floor seamlessly, meaning that he did not use transition strips between rooms unless transitioning to tile in the bathrooms. This is harder to do and takes more time, but gave the floors a more fluid look. Shane's pricing was very competitive as well, as I did shop this job around quite a bit before choosing him. While there were some minor imperfections [he is a multi-trade handyman after all, not a dedicated flooring contractor], his work was on par with any good flooring guy I have seen.
