As an extremely anxious pet parent who is deeply attached to my cat, I spent years worrying about the possibility of her having any type of surgery. When she recently began having health issues and surgery was recommended right away, I was absolutely terrified.
When I met Dr. Grant, I felt a sense of peace and reassurance that my cat was in very good hands. She treated my cat with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. You can immediately tell how deeply she cares about animals and how passionate she is about what she does. She never once rushed me, she answered every question thoroughly, and supported me through the entire process with so much understanding and empathy.
Dr. Grant did an incredible job with my cat’s surgery. Less than 24 hours later, and my cat is showing virtually no signs of pain or discomfort! I truly feel like she worked a miracle, and I only wish I had brought my kitty to this clinic sooner.
The entire team deserves recognition. Kathy and Steve at the front desk are always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Steve took extra time to explain post-surgery cat behavior so I wouldn’t stress too much about my baby. Scheduling appointments was easy and stress free, and the multiple follow up calls after surgery meant so much to me!
